۲″-۴″ centrifuge pumps

     These type of pumps as known use centrifugal force to transfer the particles suspended in water (mud & sump) with density of approximately   (۳۰%-۴۰%) . The consumption of this pump is in metal producing   factories like lead, zinc, copper, etc. This pump is mounted downstream of the mill & and upstream of the filter press. By the way the most important duty of this device is separation of large & small particles. That is, it returns the particles beyond 60-200micron back in order to re milling. The established pressure in process is (12-18) Bar and it can handle 2500 cubic m/h displacement, in 30m Height  & 100m  length

Working with no load: One of the advantages of this type of pump is no fail with no load.

Facility of power transferring: The power of the electromotor can vary in 11-30KW Transfer to pump by belt. Due to this mechanism we do not have coupling adjusting trouble.   Furthermore with variation of the pulley diameter we can change rpm. & eventually, The displacement

Quick &simple incidence: The pump and maintain basement made with ductile cast iron are kept into the chassis & the electromotor onto the chassis. So we have a strong pump without excessive space.

No bleeding required: Due to permanent existence the solution between rotor & the liners, bleeding is not necessary.

Quick repairing: If necessary as soon as possible the worn & used parts like bush, seals, liners even shells can be replaced
